Payment verified
We confirm the payment on our server before anything is issued — never from the browser alone.
Licence issued
Your licence key and Order Receipt arrive by email and are saved in your ArkenApps account.
Download & activate
Download the installer from your account, enter your licence key, and import your contacts.

How do I get the download after paying?
Once the payment is confirmed, your licence key and the download appear in your ArkenApps account and arrive by email with your Order Receipt.
How many computers can I use it on?
Unless your order says otherwise, one licence covers one user on one computer at a time. Teams can buy additional licences. Details are in the Free & Pro Edition terms.
I'm moving to a new computer — what happens?
Deactivate the old installation and activate the new one. If that isn't possible, we can reset a legitimate activation after verifying your order.
Is it a subscription?
No. A perpetual licence lets you keep using the version you bought. A future major version may be offered as a separate purchase, but we won't disable a valid licence because you chose not to upgrade.
Which currency will I pay in?
INR if you're in India, USD everywhere else. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Digital licences are generally final once delivered, but there are cases where a refund is considered. See the Refund policy.
