"ArkenApps", "we", "us", and "our" mean ArkenApps.

The short version

If you contact us, we use your details to understand your enquiry and respond. Where an ArkenApps product is installed in your own environment, your operational data stays under your control unless you choose to share it with us for support, implementation, or contracted services.

• Basic website logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and time of request for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

• Business communication records. If we discuss a product, licence, quote, support request, partnership, or project, we may keep the relevant correspondence and contact details needed to manage that relationship.
