This website is operated by ArkenApps, a software enterprise registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM‑JK‑21‑0078157), based in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India, and serving businesses worldwide. "ArkenApps", "we", "us", and "our" mean ArkenApps.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website, contact us, request information, discuss a product, receive support, or do business with us. Product-specific agreements, licence terms, data processing agreements, or support arrangements may add further details for a particular customer or deployment.
The short version
We keep data collection intentionally small. This website does not use advertising pixels, behavioural marketing cookies, or third-party analytics scripts. If you contact us, we use your details to understand your enquiry and respond. Where an ArkenApps product is installed in your own environment, your operational data stays under your control unless you choose to share it with us for support, implementation, or contracted services.

- Basic website logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and time of request for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

Using this website does not give us access to data inside products you run. If we provide hosted services, remote support, migration help, or custom implementation, the handling of customer data will be governed by the relevant agreement or instructions for that engagement.
